About the registry
Strange experiences are sticky to a place and loose from its people. Tenants move out; owners sell; the account of what happened in a house leaves with them. Then someone new signs a lease, and at some point — a week in, a year in — they stand in a hallway at 3 AM wondering: am I the only one?
This registry exists for that exact moment. If others recorded something here, you'll know you're not alone. If no one has, you can be the first — and the next person will find you.
Entries are personal, unverified accounts of subjective experience. They are not statements of fact about a property, its value, its safety, or its history — and they must not accuse any living person. Nothing here is investigation, journalism, or advice. It is testimony, kept where the next resident can find it.
Every entry carries a flag. Entries flagged by several readers are hidden automatically pending review. If you're connected to an address and want an entry reviewed, flag it — that is the fastest path. Repeated or abusive submissions are rate-limited and removed.
